Directors’ Compensation Disclosure:
Compensation of board members, as stated in the bylaws of Cherryland Electric Cooperative:

“Directors as such shall not receive any salary for their service, but by resolution of the board of directors a fixed sum and expenses of attendance, if any, may be allowed for attendance at each meeting of the board of directors, and at conferences or hearings conducted by public authorities or electric cooperative associations.

Directors shall receive a per diem and expenses for regular and special meetings attended. In addition to compensation from Cherryland Electric Cooperative, two directors serve on the affiliate board of Wolverine Power Cooperative and three directors serve on the affiliate board of Cherryland Holdings, Inc. Directors are also paid a per diem and expenses by each of those respective companies.”
